10.10.08 | Club Men's Lacrosse

The John Carroll Men's Lacrosse team kicked off its Spring 2009 season with a scrimmage against local rival Kent State University at the Kent State Fieldhouse on Feb. 11th.  In the first action for both teams this year, mistakes were plentiful, and Kent capitalized on more opportunities to come out on top 11-6.

The Blue Streaks showed up at historic Oberlin College this past Sunday to play the NCAA Division III Oberlin College Yeomen. The team was looking forward to playing up a division, but early on did not match the pace of the Yeomen.

9.27.08 | Club Men's Lacrosse

The John Carroll men's lacrosse team, coming off its most successful season in team history is taking its game to a new level.  After finishing 11-6 last year and earning an at large bid to the NCLL national tournament, the team has been accepted to join the CCLA conference of the MCLA, the largest club lacrosse league in the country.

Women's Basketball
Helped John Carroll to a 1-1 record last week. Surpassed over 1000 points in the game against Mount Union last Wednesday. Scored 56 points total between the two games, tallying 20 points in the Mount Union game alone. Rebounded 13 times in the two games.

Unk Conquers Eagle Creek
On July 15, 2000, Brian Unk became the first John Carroll graduate to win an event on the Canadian Professional Golf Tour, capturing the $125,000 Eagle Creek Classic, played at the par-72, 7,067-yard Eagle Creek Golf Club in Ottawa, Ontario.
