For the second time in less than a week, the John Carroll men's soccer team fell by a 1-0 score to crosstown rival Baldwin-Wallace. This time, however, the loss carried more significance as it occured in an Ohio Athletic Conference quarterfinal round match-up Tuesday night in Berea, Ohio.

Box Score

Last week at Shula Stadium, a first half goal did the Blue Streaks in. Tonight, it was a goal by Justin Peterson at the 75:07 mark of second half that sealed John Carroll's fate.

Mike Telzrow made eight saves while Baldwin-Wallace's Russ Mika made two stops. The Yellow Jackets held an 11-3 advantage in shots.

John Carroll ends the 2009 campaign with a record of 9-7-5.
