John Carroll University junior Lee Jennings was named the Ohio Athletic Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week for her efforts in wins over St. Vincent and Marietta over the Christmas break.

Jennings recorded her first career triple double with 18 points, 14 rebounds (a career high) and 10 assists in an 83-46 road win at Marietta on December 31.  Jennings had 11 points and ten rebounds in the first half alone.

On December 21, Jennings tallied 18 points, eight assists and three blocks in a 77-71 home win over St. Vincent. 

This is the second time Jennings has received the honor and the first time since January 22, 2008.
