Cigas and Bevington will represent John Carroll on the North Team under Head Coach Greg Frey. The founder of QB Ohio, Frey brings 10-plus years of quarterback training, five years of high school coaching, and 17 years as a broadcaster. He also played at Ohio State as a three-year starter and captain from 1988-1990.

Cigas played in all ten games in the 2009 season, capping a career in which he tallied six interceptions and 189 tackles. Four of his interceptions occurred during the 2009 season in which he led the Blue Streaks in that category and ranked fourth in the OAC. He also had six pass break-ups to go along with 58 tackles. Cigas is also a two-time All-OAC second team selection.

Bevington also was a key player on the Blue Streaks team throughout a career that included 42 games played, 175 tackles and 26.5 sacks totaling 123 yards. This season, he finished tied for first and among the top 50 of Division III with nine sacks. He also had 52 tackles, 13 of which were behind the line of scrimmage. Bevington was named to the All-OAC second team this season, and in 2007 was selected to the D3football.com All-American second team and the D3football.com All-North region squad first team.

Cigas and Bevington will join 45 other players from northern Ohio college teams to compete against 45 players representing the South team.
